Paint films - properties
Paint protection film is available in large sheets, often covering several tens of square metres. It is usually produced from high or low density polyethylene.
High-density polyethylene (HDPE) is thinner and rustier, yet strong. For this reason, sheets made from it are ideal for use as paint film. On the other hand, LDPE, or low-density polyethylene, is most commonly used as a thick paint film. It is characterised by a slightly higher elasticity and high tear resistance.
Paint protection film - application
All the protective paint films in our range are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. They protect against dust, dirt, moisture and splashes of paint, mortar or other materials used during renovation and construction. They also work well during various 'dirty' and 'wet' jobs. They can be used to protect finished structures from the effects of atmospheric conditions (e.g. precipitation).
