§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy stipulates the rules of processing and protection of personal data provided by Users and Cookies, as well as other technologies appearing on the website www.gralapack.com.

§3 PERSONAL DATA
(1) The administrator of the personal data provided by the Buyer while using the Store is the Seller. Detailed information on the processing of personal data by the Seller - including other purposes and grounds for data processing, as well as recipients of the data - can be found in the Privacy Policy available at the Store - due to the principle of transparency, contained in the General Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) on data protection - "RODO".
(2) The purpose of the processing of Buyer's data by the Seller, provided by the Buyer in connection with purchases in the Store, is the execution of orders. The basis for processing personal data in this case is:
the sales contract or actions taken at the Buyer's request aimed at its conclusion (Article 6(1)(b) RODO), the Seller's legal obligation related to accounting (Article 6(1)(c)), and the Seller's legitimate interest in processing data in order to establish, assert or defend possible claims (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).
(3) The User voluntarily provides personal data through the forms on the Site referred to below, for the purposes indicated by the forms.
(4) The User consents to the processing of the data provided. The User has the right, at any time, to access the content of his/her data and the possibility to correct, rectify or request restriction of their processing. The User has the right to portability of his personal data and to lodge a complaint with the President of UODO.
(5) User data will not be transferred to any other entity or outside the European Union.
(6) User data will be stored by the Administrator for an indefinite period of time.
(7) If the User does not provide his/her personal data, he/she will not be able to use the materials or services offered by the Administrator through the forms on the Site.
(8) The User, by providing his/her personal data, agrees to their processing for the purposes of providing the Administrator's services, including subjecting them to profiling for the purpose of preparing an individualized offer. The User may object to the processing of his/her personal data for marketing purposes and object to profiling for these purposes.
(9) The User provides data voluntarily however, it is necessary to achieve the purpose or to take actions related to the provision of data.
(10) The User's personal data shall be stored and protected with due care in accordance with the implemented internal procedures of the Administrator.
11. the Administrator hereby informs the User that it entrusts the processing of personal data to the following entities:
- courier company GENERAL LOGISTICS SYSTEMS POLAND SP. Z O. O. with its registered seat in ul. Tęczowa 10, 62-052 Komorniki, KRS: 0000005009, NIP: 7851561831, REGON: 631058749
- in order to carry out the shipment of purchased goods. Necessary data for shipment such as name and surname, company name, delivery address, contact phone, e-mail address are transferred.
- POCZTA POLSKA S. A. with its registered office in 8 Rodziny Hiszpańskich Street, 02-685 Warsaw, KRS: 0000334972, NIP: 5250007313, REGON: 010684960
- in order to carry out the shipment of purchased goods. Necessary data for shipment such as name and surname, company name, delivery address, contact phone, e-mail address are transferred.
(13) The Personal Data Administrator hereby informs that he has not appointed a Personal Data Protection Inspector (ABI) and performs independently the duties under the Act of August 29, 1997 on Personal Data Protection (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922, hereinafter referred to as "PDPA").
(14) The personal data provided by the User shall be used for the purpose and to the extent resulting from the consents granted.
15. the legal basis for the processing of personal data provided by the User is:

§4 FORMS
The Administrator uses one type of forms on the Site:
Order Form - allows you to make a purchase using the sales system located on the Administrator's website. Data is processed by the
Administrator in accordance with this Privacy Policy for the sole purpose of processing the User's order.
§5 TECHNOLOGIES
The Administrator uses the following technology to observe the actions taken by the User on the Website:
